100% Grüner Veltliner. A family-run mixed farm in the middle of a national park that is on the border of Austria and Hungary. That is a succinct way to describe Meinklang, but it is so much more. Everything is done naturally in order to preserve the organism that is the farm. This Grüner is biodynamic and gives off notes of grapefruit, granny smith apples, and pepper. A classic rendition.
