100% Glera. Unlike most Prosecco brands, Case Paolin is owned and operated by a small winemaking family, the Pozzobons. They are one of our favorite Prosecco producers, their wines having a consistent quality and appeal not always found in the region. Being Extra Dry is the traditional bottling for Prosecco as it allows the pears and peaches to come through, while adding a bit of body and creamy richness.
