100% Syrah. Domaine les 4 Vents is from sisters, Lucie Fourel and Nancy Cellier. It is a domaine that has been in their family for decades, but these two decided to bring the domaine into the 21st century. It is a minimalist approach in the cellar and biodynamics in the vineyard. This cuvée comes from 30+ year old vines and punches way above its Crozes-Hermitage weight class. Stupendous!
