100% Syrah. Domaine Les 4 Vents is from sisters, Lucie Fourel and Nancy Cellier. It is a domaine that has been in their family for decades, but these two decided to bring the domaine into the 21st century. It is a minimalist approach in the cellar and biodynamics in the vineyard. Saint-Jaimes comes from a lieu-dit next to the family home and are 40+ year old vines. This is a wine to savor.
