100% Chardonnay. Didier Gimonnet is a second generation of growers to direct this superb domaine. Gimonnet is known for their high percentage of old vines that sets it apart in a region suffering from a plethora of very young vineyards. All of this comes from the village of Cuis which is known for fresh, aerial, mineral wines.
