100% Sauvignon Blanc. Realm Cellars produced their first vintage in 2002, but it was not until the current owner, Scott Becker, and winemaker, Benoit Touquette, rescued Realm from financial difficulties just 8 years ago, since then they have managed to execute their goals of producing some of the highest quality Napa wine available. Sheer quality and consistency have led to growing global recognition, which suggests that this Napa winery is on a fast track to emulate other luminaries such as Scarecrow, Harlan, and Screaming Eagle. This is the next cult winery. Along with their estate vineyards in the Stags Leap District, Realm Cellars sources fruit from a number of premium vineyards located within and around the Napa Valley including Dr. Crane, Farella, and To Kalon vineyards with the goal to always craft the highest quality wines from Napa. Fidelio, their Sauvignon Blanc, was first produced in 2015 and is the only white wine in their portfolio. Sourcing from both a cool and warmer site imbues the wine with a broad range of fruit characteristics, neither too oaky nor too grassy. This is a beautiful Napa white that has the touches of a fine White Bordeaux. Tropical fruit, citrus, and bright acidity give the wine its bones, while a rounder texture from lees aging in neutral barrels gives the wine its flesh. See why Realm is one of the hottest names in Napa, with their pedigree and talent Realm will be a cult winery very, very soon.
