A young winery, the first vintage was 2015, this tandem produces wines with captivating energy with their number one goal being to capture a time and place in each bottle. They do this with such aplomb in their Pinot Gris ‘Thistle’ bottling, an unheralded varietal that in the right hands makes tremendous, world-class wines. This wonderful Pinot Gris has clear-cut citrus flavors and a custardy mouthfeel, perfect with seafood pasta.
