The Luckysomm team is composed of industry verterans and wine professionals from across the country. Each contributing their unique knowledge and love for wine to bring you the best of the best.
Bottom line? We love wine, but we love sharing it more.
Founder of Luckysomm
The industry veteran and brains behind Luckysomm. From establishing the St. Louis Wine Clinic in 2004, to years as a Sommelier at The French Laundry, you can say Chris knows a thing or two about wine. Bringing a discerning taste from 20+ years in the hospitality industry, Chris founded the bespoke wine advisory firm Harper's Club in 2016 and has developed some of the world’s most incredible wine collections along the way.He currently splits his time between Los Angeles and the Napa Valley, with his wife, Miranda, and their children, Ronan and Veda.
Our team likes to refer to her as, "The one who keeps it all together."With 20+ years of experience in fine and rare wine, she has built a track record of professionalism and integrity and built relationships with partners who do business the same way. A transplant from her New Zealand home, she loves all wine that is made honestly and tells the story of its place and time.
Director Of Business Development
It's been said that Kate Green has a pulse on everything food and wine related. A seventeen-year veteran of the restaurant & hospitality business, she is a fixture in the food and wine scene around Los Angeles. If you need recommendations for new restaurants, places to go listen to live jazz music, or a companion on long road trips – she’s your gal. On most days, Kate can be found with a glass of Champagne in her hand and a Los Angeles Dodgers ball cap on her head.
In House Sommelier
Our newest addition to the team, Roland is one of our senior wine advisors and has worked in every position you can imagine in the hospitality industry. From front to back of the house as staff, and management plus traveling through several wine regions, Roland brings a great depth of knowledge in multiple genres of wine.
In House Sommelier
Michael is a Certified Sommelier and is currently studying for the Advanced Sommelier exam. Originally from the Central Coast of California and started his wine career at the young age of eighteen, working a harvest in Paso Robles. Before joining our team, he most recently relocated to San Francisco, where he previously worked at both three Michelin-starred Atelier Crenn and Quince. On the weekends you can find him at the nearest dive bar.
